We are pet friendly but there is a pet fee of $30/pet/night for non-service animals, and we reserve the right to ask the permitted questions about pets as defined in Airbnb's policy https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/1869. Non-service animals are restricted to hypoallergenic breeds. Pets must be disease free, including but not limited to rabies, ticks, fleas, ringworms, kennel cough, canine flu, cat flu, etc) Owners must pick up after all pets. Failure to do so will incur extra $50 fee. Damages caused by pets will incur a minimum $300 extra cleaning fee.

The immediate neighborhood is very peaceful. But it's also right down the street from East-West Connector, a major road with Walmart, Target, Starbucks, CVS, gyms (with day passes), restaurants, and more. Need a quick bite, workout, or forgot something at home? The solution is just minutes away.
Guest Access
Front and side doors will have coded locks, and code will be shared before arrival. You have access to the entire house, front yard, and back yard. The shed in the back yard will be locked. Certain closets will be locked because they either lead to attic/HVAC spaces or contain supplies for cleaners.
